- The chaotic transfer from Aurora to MRV
- How NIAT handled the mess
- Why their support team is useless in a crisis
They promised a seamless tech program across top partner colleges. They promised dedicated support. But here is the problem.
When things go wrong, nobody takes responsibility. My transfer from Aurora to MRV was an absolute nightmare.
Here is what actually happened during the transfer, and how NIAT reacted.
The forced transfer to MRV
It started on Sept 8, 2025. We were told we had to transfer from Aurora University to MRV in Hyderabad.
NIAT facilitated this. They told us it would be smooth. We trusted them because we paid premium fees for their guidance.
We were promised quick refunds from Aurora to pay MRV. That is when the lies started.
The financial and academic chaos
Aurora promised an ₹80k refund in 10 days. They paid ₹50k. But they illegally held the remaining ₹30k for over 4 months.
Because of this, my second term fee payment to MRV was delayed. I didn't have the money because Aurora kept it.
So what did MRV do? They physically barred me from entering classrooms. I had to stand in the corridor while regular students attended class.
NIAT support disappeared
This is the worst part. I reached out to NIAT support. After all, they arranged the transfer. They sold the program.
Their response? They claimed they were "not associated" with the colleges' financial issues.
They took no responsibility. They washed their hands of the problem completely. They left us stranded.
| What NIAT Says | What Really Happens |
|---|---|
| Seamless partner college network | Chaotic transfers and zero coordination |
| Dedicated student support | "Not our problem, talk to the college" |
| Premium academic experience | Standing in corridors due to their mess |
Bottom line. Do not trust their "support" promises. If there is a problem between them and the college, you will be the one who suffers.
