The Aurora to MRV Transfer Mess
On September 8, 2025, a transfer was facilitated by NIAT. I was moving from Aurora University to MRV (Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth). It felt routine, like they had done it a hundred times.
Aurora promised in writing that my ₹80k fee refund would be processed in 10 days. I needed that exact money to pay MRV. I trusted the process.
10 days passed. Nothing. A month passed. They finally sent ₹50k. But they kept the remaining ₹30k.
But here's the problem. They held onto my ₹30k for over 4 months illegally. No clear answers, just endless delays.
Zero Support from NIAT
You pay NIAT a massive 250% fee markup to manage this "premium" program. Naturally, I contacted NIAT support. I expected them to fix the mess they helped create.
Here's what I found. NIAT claims they are strictly "not associated" with fee management once it is in the partner college's hands.
