- The extreme tactics used to collect delayed fees
- How students are publicly humiliated
- Why the partner colleges treat NIAT students worse
You expect professional behavior when you pay for an elite tech program. You expect basic respect. But here is the problem.
When there is a delay in fee payment, the mask falls off. The harassment begins. And it is extreme.
Here is what happens when you miss a payment at a NIAT partner college.
Physically barred from classrooms
This is not an exaggeration. If your second-term fees are delayed, they do not just send an email. They stop you at the door.
At MRV in Hyderabad, they physically barred NIAT students from entering the classrooms. We had paid the first term. We were official students.
But because of a delay, they forced us to stand in the corridors like criminals.
Public humiliation tactics
This is a deliberate tactic. They want to humiliate you in front of everyone.
While we stood in the corridor, the regular BTech students walked right past us and attended their classes.
They use this public shame to force you to call your parents and beg them for the money immediately. It is disgusting.
Zero help from NIAT support
The worst part? The delay was often caused by their own network. In my case, Aurora University was illegally holding my refund.
Did NIAT step in to help? No. They claimed they were "not associated" with the financial issues.
They took their commission and left us to be humiliated by their partner college.
| What They Promise | What You Actually Get |
|---|---|
| Elite student experience | Standing in corridors due to delayed fees |
| Professional administration | Public humiliation tactics |
| Supportive environment | Zero help from NIAT when problems happen |
Bottom line. They only care about the money. Once they have it, you are on your own. If you don't have it, expect to be harassed.
